Arugula is a cruciferous vegetable that has similar health benefits that of broccoli, kale, and Brussels sprouts. There can be variety of arugulas in the market like “wild arugula” and “baby arugula”.   • Unpack the arugula carefully after receiving the delivery. Wash it thoroughly on running cold water. Then you can use it for cooking.
