Pak Choi is widely used in Chinese cuisines mainly. Pak Choi is hydroponically grown by Binge Farm Fresh. Its more nutritious and healthier. Pak Choi is full of multiple essential vitamins, giber, minerals and anti-oxidants. It has vital antioxidants like Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, folate and beta-carotene that helps to lower the chances of cancer risk. Pak Choi is also rich in selenium which regulates proper functioning of thyroid glands. Minerals like phosphorous, magnesium, zinc and calcium are also present which helps maintaining bone health. 


Pak Choi

  • After taking out the Pak Choi from the packaging, rinse it thoroughly in running cold water. Then you can cut it, chop it, dice it or shred it. It can be used as a raw salad, or sautéed, or can be added in soups. One can also add it in sandwich or add it in fried rice by finely chopping it.
