Thyme, the herb that’s used in most of the dishes are grown hydroponically by Binge Farm Fresh with pesticide free nutrition-rich water. Thyme goes mostly with savoury dishes like roasted vegetables and meat. Thyme has Vitamin A, B Complex and C. It also has antioxidants.

  • Take out fresh thymes from the packaging. Wash them in cold water. Chop them into small and thin pieces or put them whole on the food. You can sprinkle them over roasted vegetables like roasted potatoes, or roasted meat and steaks. It goes well with garnishing, topping, dressing, infusing in cooking oil, or simply use them like any other spices.
