Ingredients
Medium sized prawns 300gm
Spaghetti pasta 500gm
Garlic 10 to 12 pods
Red dried chillies 3-4 pcs, can add more if one wants to make it more spicy.
Dried oregano 1-2tsp
Dried parsley 1-2tssp
Fresh basil
Olive oil 4-5 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
How to make Prawn Aglio Oglio
Take a pan and heat it in medium low, pour olive oil, once the oil heats up add lots of garlic pods🧄 as 'Aglio is referred to as garlic' some red chilli flakes🌶️, dried parsley, oregano, salt, pepper 🧂and atlast prawns🍤 for extra flavour. Boil water with salt, pepper and oil in it. Once the water boils drop the spaghetti pasta and let it boil once it starts floating above, drain the water and add it to the pan and toss it with some farm fresh greek basil and serve it hot 🔥
